PROCESS TECHNOLOGY: The oil is obtained from avocado fruits, adopting 100% cold press technology by using SIMEC hydraulic oil press.
The cold-pressed extra virgin avocado oil is made from ripe avocado fruits, which contains up to 30% oil (based on fresh weight) in the avocado mesocarp. To have optimal oil quality, avocado fruits used for cold-pressed oil production must have ideally ripeness, minimal rots and other postharvest disorders (such as flesh greying due to long storage).

Almost 70% of cold-pressed avocado oil consists of heart-healthy oleic acid, a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid. Additionally, around 12% of avocado oil is saturated fat and about 13% is polyunsaturated fat.
