This is integrated system including Almond Nuts Cracking Unit and Gravity Separating Sifter

Brief introduction:

ZGP-1000 Almond Nuts Cracking Machine is designed specially to process almond nuts with high efficiency. It adopts three-time cracking process and each time cracking adopts double-roller cracking device. All of the three time cracking device sets different gaps between rollers, so that each size of almond nuts are able to be treated when pass through. That also decreases the broken and damage ratio of almond kernel to ensure quality of final products.

Each time of cracking device matches with a sifter which is used to separate the un-cracked nuts and feed to next time of cracking. The almond kernel and shells are gathered to a big sifter at bottom.

The mixture of almond kernels and shells should be separated by a Gravity Separation Sifter. It’s based on the different gravity of almond kernel and almond shell and separate them at the co-work of vibration and up flow air.
