In August 2021, SIMEC avocado oil production line was shipped to Uganda, East Africa. The oil mill located in Kampala is designed to make virgin & pure avocado oil from Hass and Fuerte varieties. The preferred raw materials are fresh ripen avocado fruits.

Avocado Pulping Machine, Avocado Oil Press and Oil Purification Apparatus from SIMEC will be installed in Uganda to ensure production efficiency. All electric motors are customized to adapt to 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phases power standard in Uganda.

Avocado Pulping Machine is designed to make pulp & paste from ripen avocado fruits.Then the avocado pulp will be filled into the barrels of avocado oil press machine.

Avocado Oil Press adopts 100% cold processing technology which ensure the quality of virgin & pure avocado oil. The avocado oil will be natural and the nutrients will be kept complete.

Oil Purification Apparatus is designed to separate solid impurity and water from avocado oil. It mainly consist of oil filtrator, settling tanks, oil pump, mobile mechanism, oil/water discharge outlets.
