GMP Hydraulic Oil Press Delivery to India
On February 5, 2025, a GMP50/280 hydraulic oil press machine was delivered from Qingdao Port to Nhava Sheva Port, India. The machine is scheduled to be installed at a GMP-certified essential oil production facility in Pithampur, which is near Indore in Madhya Pradesh, and this facility specializes in producing a variety of essential oils, such as almond oil, rapeseed oil, coriander seed oil, grape seed oil, morinda seed oil.
GMP50/280 oil extraction machine is engineered to conform to the most up-to-date GMP standards across the globe. Leveraging SIMEC technology, it offers steadfast support for essential oil production processes, ensuring full compliance with GMP certification requirements.
A vertical press force of 380 tons exerted on the oil materials effectively ensures the high efficiency of the oil extraction process. Notably, throughout the entire oil extraction procedure, no external heat is applied to the oil materials, preventing any temperature increase. This approach guarantees that the resulting essential oil retains its natural flavor. Moreover, all the beneficial nutrients within the oil materials are well-preserved. As a result, cold-pressed essential oil serves as an outstanding, naturally-derived ingredient for skincare and anti-aging purposes.
