SIMEC delivered an entirely new set of extra virgin avocado oil production line to DOUALA port on Nov. 3rd, 2020. Our client, the investor of oil mill, will produce extra virgin avocado oil in Cameroon where high-quality avocado cultivar is widely cultivated, and the consumer market for extra virgin avocado oil is booming.
The extra virgin avocado oil production line includes one set of HOP-50/280 hydraulic oil press and one set of oil purification apparatus. There is no heating and no temperature rising during the oil extraction process. Therefore, 100% cold-pressed extra virgin avocado oil can be obtained.

All parts in contact with feedstocks and avocado oil are made of food-grade stainless steel. Thanks to SIMEC specialized design and advanced fabrication technology , the oil press and purification apparatus were manufactured and assembled in high precision.
SIMEC client has expressed the expectation of the second purchase for expansion of production shortly. The hydraulic oil press and purification apparatus were packed well appropriate for long-distance seaborne, and loaded in one 20 FT container.
