Hydraulic oil press machine adopts cold processing technology to extract oil. It provides 200-380 tons of vertical pressing force on oil material, but will not generate friction and heat. The oil material will not be heated, no temperature rise during oil extraction process, hence no protein denaturing, no nutrients loss. The continuous high pressure is generated by hydraulic station, controlled in automatic mode. The electricity consumption of oil extraction process is much lower than screw oil press.
